Job Description
Responsibility and Focus
As a Strategy and Transformation Manager in our Consultancy practice, you will lead in delivering customer-centric solutions and in maintaining good relationships with your internal and external client(s). Reporting directly to the team lead, you will actively support the design and delivery of client strategies, and seek new growth opportunities for your clients and the Groupe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to business growth by supporting new business pitches, as well as identifying organic growth opportunities on existing accounts.
- Develop client strategies, which include understanding the brief, conducting GAP analysis, framing the problem statement, evaluate and recommend solutions.
- Build trust and maintain good relationships with your internal and external clients by adapting to their ways of working, timely response, quality delivery, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with team members within Consultancy to ensure successful delivery of all Practice projects
- Positively represent Consultancy Consultancy by collaborating, exhibiting and engaging in a positive manner with others, contribute to the newsletter, attend and participate in internal sessions.
- Continuously grow your knowledge by prioritizing your learning and development, utilizing L&D resources, and actively attend internal and external training sessions.
Main Tasks
Technical & Product
- Continuously upskill in all things MarTech and AdTech, strategic frameworks focused on marketing transformation, go-to-market, and performance marketing.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the client industry using syndicated sources, campaign data, and website analytics to uncover insights.
- Track performance through accurate delivery of reports on a regular basis, provide insights, and make recommendations
- Have a good understanding of Publicis Groupe products and services to successfully navigate them and utilize them in our clients’ businesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of strategy and transformation projects.
- Apply the Consultancy approach, follow our ways of working, and utilize all tools and frameworks available to ensure delivery excellence.
- Utilize all available platforms and tools to drive process efficiency, enhance ways of working, and digitalize our operating models.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
- Utilize all available platforms, frameworks, and tools that drive process efficiency and consistency.
- Build influential relations within Consultancy, with subject-matter experts across Practices, and with client servicing teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Stay curious, and keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Support your team lead in the design of presentations and workshops to clients to communicate best practices and solutions.
- Maintain documentation, accurate financial tracking and zero-deffects in your output

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to support your team lead to identify opportunities for innovation for your clients.
- Support your team leader in developing and implementing innovative strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of innovative strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in multinational organizations within the relevant fields.
- Experience required: marketing or media or e-commerce or ad agency client servicing or consultancy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint and Excel
- Advanced proficiency in research and analysis tools: desk research, syndicated sources ex. GWI, Google
