Manager Data Visualization, Information Management Baptist Medical Center. 

The Manager of Data Visualization will lead a team of BI developers to design and implement impactful visualization solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Tableau, Baptist Health’s primary visualization tool, to improve clinical, operational, and financial performance. The manager will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and effectively tell stories with data, translating complex information into actionable insights. Additionally, they will oversee the administration of Baptist’s Tableau Cloud portal and ensure the development of educational content to drive data ennoblement across the organization.

As a Manager Data Visualization you will be responsible for: 

• This role within the Data Intelligence and Decision Science team, leads the team of BI developers responsible for proposing and developing visualization and dashboard solutions and strategies to improve clinical, operational and financial performance across a diverse array of services and data sources at Baptist Health.
• The Visualization Core is a full stack team, but the primary scope of work produced is in Tableau, Baptist’s enterprise visualization tool.
• Responsible for managing Baptist’s Tableau Cloud portal and the educational and orientation content associated with data enablement. Maintains data quality and lineage through governed KPIs.
• Strong SQL
• Full Stack Data architecture experience
