Manager, Dealer Service Capabilities

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead and develop a team of field service professionals dedicated to dealer success.
Identify bottom-performing dealers using data-driven insights and conduct targeted audits to assess root causes.
Create and implement tailored action plans with dealers to elevate service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Recognize and highlight top-performing dealers, documenting best practices to scale excellence across the network.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate dealer feedback into tools, processes, and programs that improve service readiness and customer experience.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in service operations, dealer support, or field performance roles in powersports, automotive, or related industries.
Previous experience managing and motivating employees, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive work environment.
Effective communication skills and a strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Required to work onsite in any BRP office 3 days per week.
Travel required up to 30%, including dealer visits and field engagement.
fluency in English.
Preferred:
Passion for powersports, marine, or recreational vehicle industries.
Proficiency in CRM, DMS, service analytics tools and service process design.
Proven track record of implementing service improvement initiatives and measuring results.
Experience working directly with dealers or franchise service networks.
Strong analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Bilingual in English and French or Spanish is a plus.
