This position focuses on supporting the Board of Directors and its committees, managing governance-related programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Manager, Governance, is a critical partner in ensuring Vancity’s governance framework aligns with best practices, serves its members effectively and high service standards are maintained for the Board of Directors. The role is also responsible for developing and overseeing performance of the Governance Officers across the team.This is a permanent, full-time role that will enjoy hybrid working arrangements which can be fulfilled primarily from the Vancity head office location and your Lower Mainland based home office. This role will require you to work in-office at least 3-4 days a week.A typical day would involve:Board and Committee Support

Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity.
