Sommaire du poste:Sous la responsabilité du Directrice ressources humaines, le titulaire coordonne et propose des stratégies appropriées qui permettront d’assurer l’optimisation des ressources humaines en matière de développement organisationnel, de gestion du changement, d’engagement, de gestion de la rémunération globale, de gestion de la performance, et agit aussi à titre d’analyste senior des systèmes de gestion des ressources humaines (SIRH) pour assurer l’optimisation du système et maintenir l’intégrité des données.Nature et étendue de la fonction:● Conseiller, coacher et collaborer avec les gestionnaires dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs liée à la gestion des ressources humaines ;
● Conseiller et encadrer la gestion de performances. Entre autres suivre le programme de gestion de la performance ;
● Conseiller la direction et les employés afin de maintenir de bonnes relations de travail, de conserver une main d’œuvre engagée et de retenir les meilleurs talents ;
● Développer, évaluer et conseiller les actions relatives à la fin d’emploi, et au changement de fonction ;
● Développer, organiser et assurer l’achèvement de tous les projets liés aux ressources humaines (locaux) ;
● Coordonner la mise en œuvre et déploiement du programme de rémunération, notamment la politique de rémunération, l’équité salariale et le programme d’avantages sociaux ;
● Élaborer, recommander, mettre en œuvre et appliquer les politiques, programmes, processus et procédures en matière de ressources humaines ;
● Coordonner et préparer les rapports mensuels sur les activités et indicateurs RH, au niveau local ;
● Fournir un soutien local pour le SIRH “Success Factors”. Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe globale du SIRH pour supporter les déploiements, modifications et les améliorations des systèmes SIRH ;
● Réviser, créer et effectuer les mises à jour des dossiers d’employé dans les systèmes de gestion RH ;
● Travailler en partenariat avec les parties prenantes et les spécialistes de différentes équipes locales et régionales, telles finance, RH, rémunération et service de la paie, dans l’élaboration et validation du budget pour la planification de la main-d’œuvre ;
● Coordonner et faciliter les activités de mobilité alignées sur les politiques et les processus régionaux ;
● Sur demande, le titulaire du poste peut remplacer le Directeur ressources humaines Canada ;
● Contribuer à maintenir la sécurité du produit en adoptant des comportements répondant aux exigences définiesExigences du poste:● Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines ou en relation industrielles;
● Membre de l’ordre (CRHA ou CRIA);
● Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en gestion des ressources humaines;
● Connaissance avancée des outils Microsoft (Excel et Word);
● Bilinguisme à l’oral et à l’écrit (français, anglais);
● Excellentes aptitudes pour l’animation, les communications et les relations interpersonnelles;

● Advise and coach performance management and among other things, follow the performance management program.
● Advise management and employees in order to maintain good labor relations, keep a committed workforce and retain the best talent.
● Develop and coordinate actions related to integration, termination of employment, and change of function.
● Develop, organize and ensure the completion of all human resources projects.
● Coordinate the implementation and deployment of the compensation program, including compensation policy, pay equity and benefits program.
● Coordinate the implementation and deployment of engagement activities and retain the best talent.
● Develop, recommend, implement and enforce human resources policies, programs, processes and procedures.
● Coordinate and prepare monthly reports on HR activities and indicators at local levels.
● Acts as country lead and provide local support for the HRIS “Success Factors” and data Management.
● Provide training and support for Success Factors HRIS to Managers, employees and HR team.
● Review, create and update employee profiles and positions in HR management systems SF.
● Support HR Analytics needs at local level.
● Workforce planning exercise twice a year (Budget & Year End Forecast) for Canada. Work in partnership with stakeholders and specialists, such as finance, HR, compensation and payroll, in the budget creation and validation.
● Coordinate and facilitate mobility activities aligned with regional policies and processes.
● Support on Regional Quarterly Operational review preparation and ad hoc projects.
● Upon request, the incumbent may replace the Director of Human Resources Canada
● Contributes to the maintenance of product safety by adopting behaviors that meet defined requirements.About you:● Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or industrial relations;
● Member of the order (CHRP or CIRC);
● Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management;
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel and Word);
● Bilingualism, oral and written (French, English) required
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
