Job Description:This role is a strategic HR Business partner for the Canadian Affiliate, supporting various brands with a focus on Field and Retail employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR disciplines including talent acquisition, succession planning, retention, employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline and career development while ensuring alignment between HR activities and the strategic priorities of the brand/function based on the overall corporate strategy.Accountabilities:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $89,900 to $129,600. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
