You’ll report to Executive Director of Information Security.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures

• Review reports on incidents and breaches

• Create reports for management on security status

• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements of existing tools or adding additional products or services

• Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.

• Develop and monitor security team performance

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.

What You Bring to the Role

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (5 yrs)

• Proven experience as manager or team lead (2 yrs)

• Extensive experience in preventing illicit activity

• Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS).

• Experience with security tools and technologies: EDR, SIEM, Firewalls, etc).

• Knowledge of relevant security standards and frameworks (e.g., PCI, HiTrust, Mitre ATT&CK, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).

• Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threats

Compensation

The anticipated range is $150,000 – $170,000/annually. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
