Join us to help evolve the program, collaborate with amazing teams, and love what lies ahead.Who we needReporting to the, we are looking for a Manager, to take ownership of strategic marketing plans and partner relationships. You will take a data-driven approach to build 12-month strategies working in collaboration with stakeholders in your assigned portfolio. You will apply key insights to optimize marketing performance, influence decisions, and work towards achieving growth objectives.This is an 18-month contract role with the potential opportunity to transition to a full-time role.This is a hybrid role, working 5 days over a 2-week period in the office.What’s in it for youInfluence and exposure. You will play a key role in growing our membership by leveraging data to build, implement and continuously optimize strategic marketing plans.Impactful simplicity. Whether you want to move into other aspects of marketing, another area of our business or one of our parent companies, there is always something to look forward to.As our new Manager, Partner Marketing you will:
- Build annual marketing plans. You will meet with your assigned portfolio partners to understand their business objectives and to align promotions and offer designs with the budget, timeframe, as well as our goal to satisfy and delight members. You will develop a rolling 12-month strategic marketing plan to drive portfolio adoption and meet monthly targets.
- Monitor portfolio results. You will analyze offer and campaign data to draw insights and improve marketing effectiveness and program returns over time. You will develop strategies for incremental improvements to the promotion and marketing process, offers and plans. You will oversee the deployment of assets and media across all relevant owned, paid and earned channels in consultation with the Marketing Delivery team.
- Nurture strong working relationships. You will gain trust with Partners in your portfolio, influence decisions, navigate differing needs, communicate, and create an overall positive experience. You will collaborate with internal teams, negotiate marketing calendars, and ensure your portfolio objectives are prioritized and fulfilled.
- Report. You will regularly present portfolio performance and optimizations to senior management. You will identify factors that contribute to or hinder objectives, track and analyze activities across the ecosystem related to your marketing strategy, and be accountable for applying data insights to the next campaign or quarterly plan.
You bring:
- The strategic expertise. You have exceptional communication skills and bring a balanced approach of strategy, analytics, and creativity to your work. You have extensive experience creating targeted marketing plans and leveraging data to drive marketing KPIs. You have experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets based on KPI results.
- The client-centred mindset. You hold yourself accountable for the success of your clients/portfolio partners, and you are willing to do what it takes to meet objectives. You can pivot based on data insights, manage competing priorities, and meet high-pressure deadlines.
- The project management skills. You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have expertise in creating plans from end-to-end, managing tasks, timelines, reporting and communications. You are results-oriented and can set performance goals and metrics to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
- The interpersonal skills. You can build and manage trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert, influencing decisions, and championing strategic direction. You can navigate conflict, contradictions and demands.
