TITLE: Manager, Member Engagement
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Senior Manager, Member Engagement
BASIC FUNCTION:
Partner with American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) member leaders and staff to advance member-driven strategies that strengthen the value of membership. Lead engagement strategies for assigned member sections and segments, serving as a trusted advisor to member leaders and translating member needs into initiatives that increase engagement, recruitment, retention, and satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $102,105.27 – $107,777.80. Compensation decisions take into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, geographic location, business needs, and organizational policies. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
