Job Summary
The HRIS Manager serves as Prevea Health’s primary subject matter expert and long-term steward of the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, responsible for the design, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of all HRIS systems and processes. This role owns the day-to-day and strategic management of the HCM system while serving as the key liaison between Human Resources, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Operations across Prevea’s multispecialty clinic network. The HRIS Manager combines technical expertise with strong HR functional knowledge to drive system performance, data integrity, and a consistent employee and manager experience. This position plays a critical role in sustaining workforce data accuracy that informs clinical staffing, regulatory compliance reporting, and strategic planning at all levels of the organization. The HRIS Manager leads or supports HCM implementation and upgrade projects as needed, and proactively identifies automation and process improvement opportunities to support a growing and evolving workforce.
