MRA is partnering with one of our members who is a healthcare organization in a confidential search located in Oconomowoc, WI. We are actively recruiting a skilled Manager of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to provide strategic leadership and foster strong partnerships with senior leadership to advance talent and organizational initiatives.

 

You will oversee and mentor HRBPs in delivering high-impact solutions across the organization, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and change management. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring HR strategies support business goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

In addition, you will guide organizational design efforts, manage complex employee relations matters, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance key HR projects and initiatives. This position requires a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills to champion HR best practices and promote alignment between people strategies and organizational priorities.

 

This opportunity is ideal for a senior HR professional with 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years leading HR Business Partners or HR Generalist teams. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; healthcare experience and familiarity with unionized environments are preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in employment law, talent management, organizational development, and change management, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
