Oceaneering Space Systems (OSS) is a business within ADTech that specializes in thermal protection solutions,flight-certified hardware and softgoods,space mission design,life support systems, and related technologiesdesigned for the rigors of human spaceflight and robotic missions.

The Oceaneering Space Systems (OSS) Procurement Manager is responsible for leading all procurement and purchasing activities in support of a manufacturing and engineering business that acquires raw materials, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, specialized engineered components, and subcontracted services. This role oversees sourcing, supplier management, procurement compliance, inventory planning, and purchasing operations to ensure materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and contractual requirements.

The Procurement Manager collaborates closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Finance to support operational objectives, production schedules, and customer commitments. The position also drives continuous improvement initiatives, supplier performance, cost reduction strategies, and procurement process efficiency.
