What this position entails
The Manager, Product Research, will lead a small team of analysts to prioritize, research, and implement enhancements to our Irix product suite. The team will partner closely with stakeholders across the practice, as well as external partners such as clients, data providers, and reinsurers. This team will develop rigorous studies, translate findings into product improvements, and communicate outcomes clearly to diverse audiences.

The expected Application deadline for this job is May 1, 2026. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events.
Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $93,700 – $177,675. For candidates residing in:
