Safety is the foundation of our culture—because without safety, nothing else matters.Your Opportunity at SECUREThe Manager, Sales – Hazardous & Industrial Waste Management is responsible for leading and developing both Field and Corporate Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment between sales strategy and execution. This role focuses on expanding SECURE’s presence in the hazardous and industrial waste management sector, driving sales growth, optimizing revenue, and ensuring teams have the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.With a strong emphasis on revenue generation, market expansion, and customer relationship management, this position plays a key role in advancing both short- and long-term business unit objectives while maintaining SECURE’s competitive position in the market. Must have a strong understanding of hazardous and industrial waste customers base, their purchasing requirements and success factors in creating, advancing and closing revenue. The role ensures consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue and EBITDA through strategic planning and effective leadership.Success in this role requires strategic leadership, a commitment to safety, and the ability to foster trust with employees, customers, and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.The TeamThe SECURE sales team is a dynamic group of driven professionals dedicated to driving growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
