Aspirus Health is seeking a Manager of Information Systems to join our team! The Manager of Information Systems develops and leads a team of Information Technology staff. This role coordinates all team and customer activities as they pertain to Information Technology. This is a full-time, onsite role in either Wausau, WI or Duluth, MN.

HOURS: Full-time 1.0 FTE. 80 Hours Biweekly

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of information systems development, implementation and project management normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in Information Technology Project Management or data center management necessary to enhance and develop skills.
• Possesses analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes to programs and to oversee and direct work of assigned subordinates.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively within a team environment. Thorough knowledge of operational processes and process improvement beneficial.
• Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
