position Location: We’re all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

The Manager, Technical Lead FP&A is a critical member of the enterprise solution design and delivery team, partnering with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements, projects, and programs that support business strategy and drive enterprise value across the Financial Planning domain. This role brings a strong product mindset to architecture and engineering, enabling a continuous flow of value through process and design improvements that support future growth. This role is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of optimized, integrated, and automated technology solutions across our Financial Planning platforms. Working closely with cross-functional business partners, IT product leads, AMS support resources, and enabling teams the role delivers bestinclass, endtoend solutions.

A Day in the Life…

• Serve as functional and solution expert for SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC-P) in support of holistic Financial Planning processes, leading all Product Management aspects of the SDLC, including requirement gathering, solution definition, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Drive process optimization and solution standardization by leveraging platform best practices, architectural standards, and industry frameworks
• Own system integrations across enterprise platforms, including interfaces with ERP, SAC-P, Datasphere, thirdparty applications, and external partners (e.g., APIs, EDI, BTP, and middleware solutions)
• Coordinate and execute use case testing, enduser validation activities, and postimplementation support
• Oversee production support activities and act as a point of escalation for critical incidents and highimpact system issues within SAC-P and/or other Financial Planning applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, data governance, and subject matter experts to prioritize and deliver system enhancements
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to support endtoend enterprise business processes and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, automation, and scalability enabled by technology
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders across and end users through deep functional understanding and trusted partnership
• Identify costsaving opportunities and drive innovation through process improvement, automation, and modernization initiatives within the Financial Planning domain
• Define solution architecture requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards
• Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements in alignment with Information Security and governance policies
• Contribute to costbenefit analysis and business case development for proposed initiatives and enhancements
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Business System Analysts and AMSteam members to ensure effective collaboration and delivery

What We Are Looking For:

• Deep understanding of financial planning & reporting processes, including annual budget development, monthly forecasting, and scenario planning
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and oversee Business System Analysts or similar roles
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives

education:

Bachelor’s or University Degree (Required)

Work experience:

At least 7 Years of Experience

Annual Salary:

$104,700 – $143,990

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
