Manager, Utilization Management

education and experience:

• Master’s Degree in Social Services, Human Development, Nursing, Business, or related field required.
• Registered nurse licensure required.
• Licensed as an LMSW, LCSW, LPC, MFT or similar AZ Board of Behavioral Health licensure preferred.
• 8+ years in an acute inpatient psychiatric setting as a treatment team member or 5+ years of experience in utilization management for both mental health and substance abuse behavioral health disorders required.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

This is a full time, in-office position.
