The Jobat aGlance

As theManufacturerPartnerships Manager (internally known asPARTnershipBuilder) you will play an essential role in creating and building strong relationships with existing and perspective partners. You will focus on gaining insight into manufacturing areas and opportunities;therefore,wecan identify creative solutions to meet the specific needs of each manufacturer. You will quickly become an expert, opening a dialogue with manufacturers regarding the unique capabilities ofPartsTown and all that we have to offer.

A Typical Day

• Utilize various channels to identify potentialHVACRequipment manufacturer partners, introducingPartsTown’sunique capabilities and distribution model to secure in person meetings for senior salesexecutives
• Manage a pipeline of nationwide manufacturers to develop leads into qualifiedprospects
• Maintain accurate and thorough records ofthecompany’s CRM database which include tracking and executing follow-up actions, updating prospect details, and entering all callingactivity
• Initiate and coordinate projects for existing programs to enhance our position as a trustedpartner
• Launchandoperationalizenewmanufacturerprograms

To Land This Opportunity

• You have strong consultative salesexperience(4+years of experience in inbound lead generation or phonecall-initiatedprocess sales)
• Youcan demonstratea proven track record of generating in-person meetings fromself-generatedleads
• You are a resourceful self-starter, who is comfortable driving results and deadlinesautonomously
• Youare passionateaboutbuilding relationships and see eachmanufacturerinteraction as an opportunity to form a personal emotionalconnection
• You have strongorganizational skills along with an ability toself-identify opportunities and prioritizingprospects
• Bonus points if you have experience calling C-Level customers!
• You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)

The salary range for this role is $ 69,288.98 to $ 103,508.90 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
