Current student at a 4-year university pursuing a degree in an associated field including mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, etc. Candidates need to have solid communication and interpersonal skills. Moderate computer experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint). Any knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma training is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in and gather data on production floor activities.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Must be able to manage time efficiently, follow work instructions & work well in a team environment.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Identify problems and find ways to resolve them.
• Ability to use tools and/or operate equipment.
