<div class="isg-job-description“>DeZURIK is seeking a Planner to join our operations team in Sartell. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing independent ownership with strong team collaboration while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a product line and play a key part in ensuring production runs efficiently and customer commitments are met. You’ll work within our ERP system to schedule orders, determine when work can be released to production, and balance demand, inventory, and capacity. Each day involves researching order status, solving planning challenges, and making decisions that directly impact delivery performance and operational success.
This role offers a mix of autonomy and teamwork—you’ll manage your responsibilities independently while partnering with operations, procurement, and production teams to keep priorities aligned. The team is highly collaborative and supportive, with flexibility built in to manage your schedule effectively.
During your first 30 days, you’ll learn DeZURIK systems, terminology, and how to navigate ERP. By 60 days, you’ll be acknowledging orders and building confidence in planning decisions. By 90 days, you’ll be releasing orders to production and managing your workflow independently.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with strong Excel skills and comfort working in an ERP system. A proactive, self-starter mindset and strong communication skills are key.

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $66,296 – $82,870 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
