If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.We are looking to expand our Marine Engineering capability in all skill areas and are keen to hear from Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Software Engineers, whatever your experience level.You must be a UK National and qualify for Security Clearance.Work ExperienceWork ExperienceSenior Roles * Work collaboratively with Engineering discipline leads to obtain engineering assistance required, define activities and jointly establish Statements of Work.

• Work collaboratively with the client leadership and project stakeholders to ensure goals of engagement are fulfilled, new ideas are discussed and workstream plans implemented
• Workload Management – Workload Planning & scheduling, Resource Management
• Generation of engineering estimates as part of work packaging
• Risk Management and Quality Assurance
• Define and conduct governance meetings.
• Drive Customer Satisfaction.

All Roles * Work transparently with various engineering discipline leads / teams to provide clear and concise reports and information regarding progress and management of Risk and Opportunities in relation to the Engineering activities.

• Bring learnings & operational best practices from other engagements.
• Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations
• Develop detailed requirement specifications
• Support projects as they evolve through the project engineering lifecycles
• Assess the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertake risk management in specialist roles
• Communicate and liaise effectively with a wide set of project stakeholders
• Support governance meetings.
• Think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems
• Be adaptable, as project requirements evolve, and ensure relevant parties are notified of changes in the project
• Compile and peer review project and technical reports.

Domain Knowledge * Good understanding of Project life cycle from concept, commissioning to operations and maintenance.

• Technical knowledge and understanding of various engineering disciplines and interfaces.
• Desirable:
• Requirements Engineering (Developing Use Case through to Certification)
• Experience in design and construction phases especially in dock environment will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills: * Good Communication skills – Makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.

• Ability to handle discussions / communications independently.
• Works in a Collaborative environment.
