Forward Role are excited to be supporting a market leading online retailer on their quest to recruit a Marketing Analyst.If you have some analytics experience but are looking to take the next step in your career with an innovative and supportive business, then keen reading!!This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fantastic, multi-disciplined commercial analytics team, whilst working along side the Data Science function and support the Marketing team and wider business with reporting and actionable insights.

• Reporting on key marketing and business metrics and KPIs used to measure and support business growth
• Providing analysis and insight to Marketing spend by channel, understanding ROI on campaigns – on and offline
• Running CRM A/B testing to support the campaign strategy and building customer segmentations
• Providing indepth analysis, identifying areas for improvement and areas of opportunity, delivering insights in to the data and making actionable recommendations to support the business with continuous improvements and growth.

To succeed in this role, the idea candidate must have the following experience:

• Previous commercial experience in an analytics or data driven marketing role
• Advanced user of Excel, with knowledge of SQL
• Good understanding of GA4
• Good understanding of marketing
• There will be the opportunity to work with BigQuery and Python, so exposure to these is desirable but not essential
• You must be a team player, be confident and a strong communicator with the ability to work in fast paced environments
