Marketing Co-ordinationSupport the delivery of high-quality marketing support, including:

• Update and maintain business line, product and marketing collateral
• Manage marketing intranet and SharePoint assets library
• Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate and secure necessary approvals

Event Co-ordinationHelp co-ordinate events and presence at major industry events, including:

• Support end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, supplier management, and onsite support
• Handle schedules, guest list management and RSVP tracking
• Ensure smooth execution of corporate events, from planning to post-event evaluation

Database Co-ordination
Help organise and manage logistics, including:

• Maintain and update stakeholder contact databases
• Manage distribution lists and support email marketing campaigns
• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and related performance metrics

Marketing Operations Co-ordinationSupport the delivery of marketing activities and efficiencies, including:

• Support cross-team marketing workflows and project timeline management
• Assist with marketing budget tracking and purchase order processing
• Coordinate calendars and deadline-driven deliverables across departments

Key Technical Skills/Knowledge/Professional Qualifications Required:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or a similar coordination role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Project management experience, including budgeting, is advantageous
Event coordination experience is advantageous
Previous experience with CRM systems is advantageousKey Personal Skills Required:
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service and stakeholder management orientation
Strong collaborative approach with ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments
