Marketing AssistantBracknellThe Role…We have a vacancy in our Marketing team for a Marketing Assistant. This role will be based at our Head Office in Bracknell and offers hybrid working.About the role …This role provides exposure to all elements of key channels within the Marketing team including Email, SMS, Social Media, Content, PR and Direct Mail. Assisting all departments, you will have exposure to all activity and channels across our multi-channel business, including B2B, B2C and Key Accounts businesses in the UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Spain.You will be known as a can-do person who is able to be a flexible multi-tasker with huge enthusiasm for the sector. This role is perfect for a self-starter looking for a role with huge scope to develop, gain experience and contribute to a multi-channel multi-market business in the Hair and Beauty sector.Key Responsibilities …

• Support with content creation for all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Creating and scheduling email and SMS campaigns as part of BAU activity
• Monitor SMS budget and maintain budget tracker
• Liaise with PR team on products for influencer seeding and mailers
• Create written content that will play out across all channels (including websites) in the form of content packs, blog posts, how-to-guides and more
• Proactively explore market activities and trends, taking initiative to keep yourself up to date with industry newness and what is happening in our sector, across all of our Central Europe markets
• Coordinating translations for all channels, liaising with agencies and tracking transition budget

About you …

• +1 years’ retail marketing experience (desirable but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills in order to manage multiple projects and deadlines and remain un-phased under pressure
• A confident communicator who can communicate cross functionally and liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Passion for the hair & beauty industry and curiosity for understanding the varying customer types in order to produce truly effective communications
