And now, we are thrilled to invite you to join our growing marketing team!Our Marketing Assistants focus on promoting our clients’ brands by conducting engaging and informative product presentations in person, connecting with potential customers one-on-one, and providing support to our marketing and sales teams in the field.Duties of the Marketing Assistant:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, sales events, trade shows, and presentations for both prospective and existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to conduct market research on selling opportunities, trends, competitors, consumer behavior; develop and implement marketing strategies to facilitate smooth sales processes
• Regularly meet with current and potential customers to create meaningful brand experiences and address inquiries about products or services
• Connect new leads to our sales department for assistance with account activation
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including managing schedules, meetings, lead and campaign assignment, and any other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager

The Marketing Assistant is someone who:

• Demonstrates a track record of proven excellence in communication and customer interaction through previous experience in marketing, brand development, sales, and/or customer service
• Passionate about working closely with people and is comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and is adept at building relationships with people through meaningful conversations
• Can work full-time and commute to our Saint John, NB office daily
• Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process
