Work Setting: On-site✨ Kickstart Your Marketing Career in the Heart of WinchesterPerspectv is hiring on behalf of a vibrant creative agency based near the University of Winchester.We’re looking for a junior Marketing Assistant to support digital campaigns, manage social content, and help coordinate marketing projects for a range of local B2B and B2C clients.This is the ideal opportunity for a creative graduate or early-career marketer looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency setting.🎨 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok)
• Assist with campaign planning and execution for client accounts
• Support content creation across web, email, and print
• Help organise promotional events and marketing activations
• Monitor campaign performance and compile client reports using tools like Google Analytics
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers on creative projects

🧠 What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Marketing or related field, or 1–2 years of marketing experience
• Familiarity with social platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
• Strong written communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and a keen eye for visual trends
• Ability to work on-site in central Winchester, Monday to Friday
