We are looking for an Experience Programme Manager to play a critical role in designing and managing impactful experiences that show case Client technology in an immersive way and the future of our industries.Who You’ll Work WithBased in or near Reading, you’ll be part of our global Client Industry Lab team, working closely with project teams across multiple industries and lines of business, including, but not limited to, Construction & Engineering, Energy & Water, Manufacturing, Restaurants, Hospitality and Communications. You will collaborate with innovation specialists, solutions consultants, sales teams, industry strategists. Partners and interns to create meaningful visitor experiences.This is a hybrid role, while some work can be done remotely, you will need to be on-site at the Client Industry Lab location in Reading 2-3 days per week for research, workshops and programme execution.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will be responsible for both shaping immersive experiences and driving strategic programme execution to bring innovation to life. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers and partners to design and deliver engaging, technology driven experiences while also ensuring effective management and execution of programs that support the Client Industry labs Innovation initiatives.Experience Design
- Design and implement immersive experiences that seamlessly integrate storytelling, technology, and human centred design principles by collaborating with different internal teams and innovation partners
- Facilitate interactive workshops, both in person and virtual, that bring together customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to explore current industry challenges and potential solutions
- Conduct research and gather insights to continuously refine and improve experiences, programs and customer events
- Guide internal teams and partners on how to build and test experiential prototypes to validate visitor engagement and effectiveness
- Ensure events are designed and executed in ways that maximize customer satisfaction and drive long-term engagement
Program management
- Lead end to end programme execution, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and sustain long term relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and co-innovation
- Monitor program performance, report key insights, and ensure resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to enhance the visibility and reach of innovation initiatives
- Lead and/or support diverse ad-hoc projects that drive customer engagement and showcase Client technology in an immersive way
- Engage with and mentor the annual intern cohort to support the delivery of immersive experiences for selected industries
This role requires a balanced mix of creative problem-solving, strategic program leadership, and stakeholder engagement to deliver impactful experiences and drive meaningful innovation.What You Bring
- Strong expertise in design thinking, customer experience and experience design
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating diverse stakeholders and with the ability to seamlessly adjust as the program evolves
- Exceptional storytelling and communications skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas into clear narratives
- Experience facilitating customer centric workshops that drive innovation and collaboration
- Ability to quickly understand emerging technologies and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
- Proven track record in programme management, handling multiple initiatives at once
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse groups towards common goals
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, proactive and adaptable
- Ability to work across diverse time-zones with cross-functional teams
