In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and support sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the B2B market. • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
• Manage trade marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partner trade organizations, System1 spokespeople and more.
• Create and manage trade marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales tools.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and campaigns.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback and insights from customers and partners.
• Coordinate and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Examples of what this may look like:

• Supporting the development of stage presentations for the Cannes Lions Festival
• Helping System1 plan and execute its appearances at conferences for the Association of National Advertisers, including a booth presence at ANA Master of Marketing
• Proposing and briefing in copy and design updates for System1’s brochures, sales decks and other sales/marketing materials
• Updating the budget spreadsheet monthly with forecasts and confirmed spend, and raising purchase orders for invoices tied to trade marketing

You need to be this kind of person:

• Collaborative: Comfortable collaborating with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams, as well as executive-level leaders, in addition to external partners.

You need to have the following experience:
You will have 2 years’ experience in trade marketing preferably in a B2B environment with a strong focus on event planning and coordination.
You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines. We need someone who is very well organised and is excited to work in a global function.
It will be an advantage if you have higher level education in marketing and have experience forecasting and managing a budget.Benefits
