Our excellent client based in Coleford (Forest of Dean) are currently recruiting for Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the organisation has maximum digital exposure across relevant industries and markets by implementing marketing campaigns and developing appropriate platforms, materials, publications and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities– Help manage marketing digital assets and platforms.– Support the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing campaigns.– Create awareness and enhancement of the brand across relevant industries and markets.– Use technical, case study and marketing information to support marketing plan.– Write and develop interesting, technical and creative content using various media options – photos, videos, graphics, animations – for online and print.– Update internal systems with new information.– Update and manage social media channels and website with content to enhance audience engagement – in line with marketing plan and manager.– Assist with organising exhibitions and other events, including occasionally supporting trade shows on location.– Work with third party creative agencies to support campaigns– Monitoring marketing activities of competitors.– Research advertising and marketing opportunities.– Identify appropriate promotional opportunities – exhibitions, sponsorship or advertising leads and implement.– Liaise with external printers, designers and other third-party suppliers.– Occasional travel required.Key Attributes– WordPress knowledge.– Experience in digital promotional campaigns, including campaign management and measurement.– Understanding of digital and social marketing best practices.– Knowledge of Canva (or similar).– Good knowledge of basic video production, photo editing, animations, graphics.– Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.Hours: Monday – Friday, 37h per weekSalary: Competitive (able to disclose directly upon application) + benefits including:– Holiday entitlement 25 days plus bank holidays– Pension
