Linings are always made out of 100% recycled plastic bottles.Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Coordinator, your job is to coordinate all the marketing activities and initiatives within MATT & NAT. You will conduct market research, help to carry out promotional campaigns, identify target audiences and evaluate current trends.Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.
  • Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing, photo and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
  • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
  • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
  • Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
  • Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
  • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
  • Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
  • Track progress with project members to ensure deadline compliance.
  • Coordinate sample preparation and shot list for photoshoots.
  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in the fashion industry
  • Post-graduate degree or certificate in PR/Communications or Marketing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with research using data analytics software (Google Analytics)
  • Experience working with Klaviyo, Salesforce and Google Docs, an asset.
  • Established contacts in fashion/lifestyle/retail media an asset
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, in English and French
  • Experience with social media considered an asset
  • Bilingual (French) is required
