As the Marketing Coordinator, you will take the lead on marketing-related activities across all Leavitt Machinery dealership branches. You will develop and implement strategic marketing plans for Leavitt Machinery business units, with a goal of driving engagement and revenue growth across all channels and audience segments.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Marketing Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned business units
• Execute all elements of annual digital marketing strategies
• Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, sponsored social posts, and programmatic display campaigns
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve our websites with content and technical updates
• Continuously improve our online presence and build our audience through SEO best practices
• Write and design branded email blasts to end users and corporate clients
• Create campaign analysis reports for each business unit in Microsoft Dynamics CRM; analyze trends to ensure ROI is maximized
• Review and report on online presence analytics
• Research and write original content to drive traffic and qualified interest for our products and services
• Collaborate with social media content creators to develop content and campaign ideas for our social media channels, including, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Design graphics for various digital product flyers and catalogues

Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as marketing or business administration
• At least three years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, and experience with SEO and website quality management programs, including Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Moz, etc.
• Working knowledge of graphic design applications, including Adobe CC and Canva
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment

The base pay range for this role is: $55,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.This is a hybrid role based in Langley, British Columbia.
