We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator/Manager who thrives in a hands-on role, where strategy meets execution.If you’re a creative, results-driven marketer who loves turning ideas into impactful campaigns, enjoys working with a collaborative team , and has the agility to adapt in a growing company—this role is for you!What You’ll Do:

• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover insights that drive our strategy.
• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that engage and convert.
• Manage our presence at industry events, conferences, and sponsorships .
• Develop and manage content across multiple channels, including blogs, social media, direct marketing, and email campaigns.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and messaging .
• Collaborate with Business Development and Global Marketing teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

What You Bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A self-starter mindset —you’re proactive, organized, and love solving problems.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms .
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling messaging.
• Bilingual (French and English) is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms like WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Canva (or similar).
• Experience in the tech or education industry is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to travel across Canada for business meetings and events.
• Comfortable working remotely and occasionally attending global team meetings outside standard hours.
