This role is integral to growth, requiring collaboration with the Operations Director and Senior Management to drive marketing initiatives that support our financial and strategic goals.As Marketing Director, you will manage all marketing activities, from executing campaigns and maintaining brand image to optimizing communications across multiple digital channels. Your responsibilities will include market research, campaign planning, digital content management, budget oversight, and the development of innovative strategies to engage our audience and attract new guests.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyse digital platforms for effectiveness.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with our strategy and events calendar.
• Coordinate communications related to operational changes and special events.
• Manage relationships with marketing platforms, vendors, and third-party agencies.
• Oversee social media strategy and content, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Write and edit communications for both internal and external audiences.
• Maintain and build relationships with key partners to drive content and audience engagement.
• Manage and develop a small marketing team.
