We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing all aspects of events. Supports and plans Internal and external meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing listsResponsibilities

• Develop and manage event plans and timelines
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Assist in the promotion of events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and facilitate pre-show meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and preparedness.
• Oversee all logistics related to conferences, including scheduling, shipping of materials, and on-site coordination.
• Assist in managing the budget for conference-related expenses.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipping of all conference materials.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience using data analytics software for research
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
