Working on a hybrid basis, this role is easily accessible from Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Tamworth, across the West Midlands and East Midlands.We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.Role ResponsibilityReporting to the Senior Corporate Marketing Manager the role of Marketing Manager will have responsibility for the development and delivery of marketing activity. The key area of responsibility will be email marketing – strategy, delivery and reporting. Wider responsibilities could include product marketing both online, trade media advertising/ display and events delivery.The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Data management and data platforms for use in emarketing activity
• Devising, delivering and implementing email campaign strategies within the areas of designated responsibility, i.e. Corporate Brand, media campaigns, sector & segment marketing
• Delivery of all product email marketing campaigns
• Content creation, design and build of emails
• Reporting and lead generation into the commercial teams

Wider activity:

• Supporting the delivery of Trade media advertising schedules and coordination with external PR and social activity – paid and organic
• Product marketing activity
• Development and delivery of corporate events
• Responsible for all payment and marketing admin

The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Manager will have a passion for ‘selling’ and experience of working in an environment focused on brand and customer connected delivery.Suitable candidates for the role of Marketing Manager will also have:

• Project Management experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Digital competence
• High level of drive and determination
• Ability to identify customer needs and build solutions
• Energetic and persuasive approach in the face of resistance
• Collaborative manner, able to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Good communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
• Commitment and a passion to learn and succeed
• Ability to work with and challenge senior management
