Marketing Manager – B2B EventsLocation: Central London – HybridSalary: Up to £42k + 20% OTEA global events organisation is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy to work across a few of its major B2B exhibitions.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketer with a background in the events sector to join a high-performing, fast-paced team that thrives on creativity, data, and results.About the RoleThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering integrated, multichannel campaigns to build brand awareness, drive registrations, and generate leads for commercial teams. This includes managing digital and offline marketing initiatives across:

• Email marketing
• Digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• SEO and content marketing
• Website management
• Social media campaigns
• Strategic partnerships with associations and media
• Traditional advertising (where appropriate)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for assigned events
• Create compelling and conversion-focused marketing copy
• Segment and target audiences using CRM and automation tools
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimising as needed
• Manage and update event websites and associated digital assets
• Build and maintain media and association partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and commercial

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years of B2B event or exhibition marketing experience
• Strong command of digital marketing, including email, paid social, SEO, and CRM
• Proven ability to drive attendance to large-scale events (5,000+ attendees)
• Excellent writing, planning, and project management skills
• An analytical approach to performance and reporting
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members (preferred)
• Creative thinking, strong attention to detail, and commercial awareness
