Marketing/Proposal Coordinator
Role Description: Huitt-Zollars’ has a great full-time opportunity for a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator with 3+ years of experience. Produce and coordinate production of company’s business development materials, including qualification submittals, proposals, and presentations for clients; cooperate in timely maintenance of systems for supporting business development efforts, including project data, biographical information and experience of key personnel, and photography; provide assistance to Managers and Principals in business development initiatives. Also assist in development of consistent and on-going corporate communications that support awareness of firm and practice initiatives, including in-house/external brochures and other collateral, presentations, promotional materials, infographics, flyers, and company news and announcements; draft engaging branded content for firm’s social media platforms and monitor trending topics and industry related news; assist with website maintenance and content development.

Reports: Vice President, Marketing & Business Development
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
