Gensler’s Phoenix office isseekinga creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a MarketingSpecialist..Marketing Specialists are the key producers ofstrategicand visually engaging materialsthat support Gensler’s business developmentand market positioningefforts. They partner with office leadership, senior staff, and marketing peers to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral / thought leadership used to help the firm win work.Marketers also lead the positioning activities of the marketing studio, such as strategy, speaking engagement presentations, writing project case stories, photography coordination, graphicdesign ofcollateral, and knowledge management.

What You Will Do

Work with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other thought leadership collateralin alignment with brand standards

Participate and lead pursuit strategy and planning

Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities, with a critical emphasis on graphic design capabilities

Perform multiple marketing efforts against deadlines
-
Learn and understand Gensler’s portfolio of work, practice areas, and capabilities
-
Maintain marketing collateral, resources, and information systems
-
Work closely with other marketing team members to complete special projects and elevate the quality of our efforts
Your Qualifications
-
5+ years of professional experiencein a marketing position with a design or professional services firm
-
Bachelor’s degreein Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
-
Creative andimpactful graphic design skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral

Self-motivatorwith strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and agreat collaborator
-
Strongorganizational skillsto coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines
-
Ability towork withdiverse project teamsand in a fast-paced work environment

Mastery of InDesign isa mustwithcompetencyinAdobe Creative Cloud

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
