Marketing Specialist

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opening for a Marketing Specialist. This remote position bridges business development, marketing, and recruitment support by driving brand visibility, enhancing capture efforts, and supporting proposal pursuits.

The requirements are as follows:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in GovCon or healthcare staffing strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing conferences, sponsorships, and business development events.
• Demonstrated design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms on both Mac and PC.
• Familiarity with GovCon-specific marketing and proposal support (e.g., capability statements, compliance-driven collateral).
• Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of federal healthcare contracting landscape (DHA, VA, DOD, CDC, FOH) strongly preferred.
