It’s our employee promise.Our hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Read on to see how you can shape the future, win as a team, and grow with us.About the roleWe’re looking for a Marketing Specialist, Digital Projects.What you’ll do here:Reporting to the Director, Broker Experience and Digital Marketing, you will:Identify priority needs and plan the annual roadmap based on priorities and business objectives.Build strong and lasting business relationships with internal and external partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction with services provided.Ensure internal teams are aligned with external partners’ needs; monitor deliverables to ensure they are provided on time and on budget.Optimize and develop production and collaboration processes to ensure team efficiency and the outstanding quality of deliverables.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers to deliver multiple projects on time.Analyze the performance of initiatives and propose roadmap improvements to support business objectives.What you bring to the table:University degree in e-commerce, marketing , communications or any equivalent experience.At least ten years of experience in a similar position in an agency or corporate environment.Very good understanding of the insurance industry and the broker distribution network.Extensive experience in managing digital projects.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail.Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.).Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to communicate in plain language.Strong sense of team spirit.Self-reliance, resourcefulness and curiosity.Although no Canadian work experience is required, you must have authorization to work in Canada.Bilingualism (French-English) – You will interact on a regular basis with colleagues from across the country.#LI-HybridWhat we offerWorking here means you’ll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
