Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented warehouse workers to join our team in Dover. In this role, you will operate various types of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, both standup and sit-down. There is potential for training on cherry pickers and turret trucks. This position is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work cohesively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Pick and pack materials accurately and efficiently.
• Handle general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
• Work in a production environment to meet daily targets.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with RF scanners.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a large, 150,000 square foot facility with two shifts available. The first shift runs from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and the second shift from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. The facility houses 126 full-time employees and fewer than 10 contractors. The warehouse is spacious, with tall racks and over 30 loading docks. Most of the warehouse is well-lit and modern, thanks to recent expansions.

This is a Contract position based out of Dover, New Hampshire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $23.10/hr.
