ROLE SUMMARY:

The incumbent will oversee the efficient processing, tracking, and reconciling of all logistical records associated with the site’s shipping warehouse.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*denotes essential functions):

• *Processing order transactions through an electronic warehousing manage ment system (WMS) and reconciling against records created in SAP.
• *Tracking and verifying bills of lading for both internal transfers of products and external shipments.
• *Monitoring the inventory of hundreds of SKUs for upcoming orders; and tracking and ensuring accurate schedules are prepared and implemented.
• *This position may be required to work assigned and/or mandatory overtime based on operational needs and adequate staffing levels specific to their department and the essential functions of their position.
• Other duties as assigned by Church & Dwight Co., INC.

MINIMUM education, TRAINING, AND experience REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of related experience OR
• 2 years of post-secondary degree (with or without degree) in related discipline and 1 year of related experience.

PREFERED EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Preference will be given to candidates with applicable shipping and/or logistical recordkeeping experience, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Proficiency in entering and analyzing data within WMS and SAP systems.
• Ability to reconcile discrepancies between different data records.
• Strong attention to detail for tracking bills of lading and monitoring inventory levels.
• Precision in scheduling and verifying shipping details.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to order processing and inventory discrepancies.
• Communication:
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to provide clear and accurate information on shipping schedules and order statuses.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as processing transactions and tracking shipments.
• Strong organizational abilities to keep track of numerous SKUs and shipping schedules.

REQUIRED TRAINING:

• OSHA Safety Training

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Must possess the ability to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
