Material/Supply Chain Coord

To execute inventory control measures to ensure that raw materials, finished goods and packaging stocks are fully accounted, consumed, correctly located.

Administrative support of cycle count programme and to local Purchasing team

What you’ll do:

• Stock administration management, data review and input
• Provide administrative support to Purchasing
• Process manual transactions
• Audit, correct, close and file, works order records
• Process manual inventory transactions
• Administrative support for Cycle Counts
• Interact with many different areas of the company, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Planning

What you’ll bring:

• Similar work experience in stock/data management/processing
• Familiar with ERP systems and stock control procedures
• Purchasing responsibilities and dealing with suppliers
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written and intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Analytical Thinking, Communicating, Organizational Savvy, Planning and Priority Setting, Strategic Thinking, Initiating Action, Accountability
• Ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately, professionally and completely, verbally and in writing
