Pay Rate: $45.00/hr. on w2 without benefits
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: 12+ months
Must:

• experience with electrical troubleshooting.
• 5 years’ related work experience.
• Experience in Aerospace industry.
• Experience with shipside support.
• Experience with electrical wiring drawings.
• Experience with ENOVIA and CATIA (reading/navigating, design experience not required).
• Experience with wire installation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluates parts, materials, processes, technology or equipment through research and testing to ensure safety, reliability and adherence to requirements and specifications.
• Analyzes failed parts and processes to reduce or eliminate future failures.
• Generates test plans, identifies and categorizes failures, determines root cause and documents results and recommendations.
• Proposes, develops and validates revisions to procedures and specifications.
• Determines suitability of parts, materials and processes.
• Determines suitability of parts, materials and processes and coordinates resolution of issues with suppliers and customers.
• Supports continuous improvement of products and processes by designing, developing, fabricating, testing, evaluating and implementing new concepts and technology.
• Provides knowledge and technical consultation to internal and external customers.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Parts, Materials and Processes related to Electrical, Electronic, Electro-mechanical, Electro-optical commodities.
• Knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies and the ability to solve problems.
• Knowledge of industry, military and government specifications, handbooks and standards.

Required Experience:

• Experience with electrical troubleshooting.
• 5 years’ related work experience.
• Experience in Aerospace industry.
• Experience with shipside support.
• Experience with electrical wiring drawings.
• Experience with ENOVIA and CATIA (reading/navigating, design experience not required).
• Experience with wire installation.

Required education:

• Bachelor’s.
