THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk (Materials Tech) to join our team in Secaucus, NJ. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment that keeps our operations running smoothly from handling inventory and shipments to supporting operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience and work closely with quality, lab, and operations teams, and play a key role in keeping our warehouse organized, safe, and efficient. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of teamwork. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure accurate physical movement of inventory through receiving, shipping, and stock maintenance
  • Support accurate recordkeeping by entering data into Sharepoint and other systems.
  • Understanding of shipping procedures and documentation such as BOL’s, packing slips, export documents.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including documentation, packaging, and issue resolution.
  • Physical inspection of materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Pack and unpack materials into and out of their shipping containers.
  • Support rack and server build activities by staging materials and picking, packing and shipping orders.
  • Partner with operations teams to improve workflows.
  • Uphold warehouse organization and safety standards, including 6S practices.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with special projects and cross-team initiatives as assigned.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and delegate tasks when needed.
  • Comfortable with physical work, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Additional coursework or certification in warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics desired.
