Kilburn, LondonSpinwell is recruiting for an MBS Reporting Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MBS REPORTING LEADThe Leadership have approved the design and implementation of a centralised service delivery model (MBS) to replace functional services with business services, breaking down silos and building end-to-end services around user requirements. The initial scope of the MBS model will be MPS Commercial, Finance and HR scope of services functions with the flexibility and scalability of bringing additional new services into it.A key enabler of the MBS led transformation is the implementation of a new Data and Solutions Capability within MBS. The MBS Reporting Lead will be responsible for promoting, developing, and subsequently managing reporting strategies, processes, policies and improvements across MBS functions. They will drive reporting and analysis solutions through the client, own and deliver Oracle analytical cloud services for all MBS customers, offering the best value for money and customer centricity, to drive data-driven decision making across the client.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE MBS REPORTING LEAD

• 5+ years of reporting experience in enterprise-wide or Shared Services operations; Public Sector is desirable; policing experience is desirable
• 5+ years holding a senior reporting and/or analysis related position such as Reporting Analytics Manager, Data Reporting Manager or BI Manager
• Experience with implementing and managing BAU operations of best-in-practice ERP platforms e.g. Oracle Cloud
• Experience of developing detailed orientated teams with a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy and integrity
• Experience in developing and implementing large data and technology infrastructures with the proper practices and standards built around it
• Experience in leading the development and implementation of data-driven reporting solutions Experience of implementing best in practice reporting and analytics dashboard
• Experience in developing and improving reporting standards, processes and governance
• Experience in driving delivery and complying with reporting and analytics SLAs
• Experience in delivering user centric reporting and placing the needs of end users at its core
• Experience in developing and managing analytics strategy development through customer centricity
• Experience of managing and coordinating organisation-wide change projects and initiatives
• Experience of managing a team of individuals providing clear direction, support and resolution
• Detailed and practical knowledge of end-to-end reporting process, including sign-off i.e. requirements gathering, prioritisation, development, testing, quality assurance, transition, etc.
• Up to date knowledge of market leading best practice and technologies used for the delivery of public sector back office reporting and analysis
• Strong understanding of analysis and reporting applications usage
• Strong understanding of and high level of experience in data management principles, analytic methodologies and reporting techniques
• Knowledge of management and operations of best-in-practice ERP platforms e.g. Oracle
• Detailed practical knowledge of core end to end services covering Commercial, Finance and HR scope of services
• Preferable Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Statistics, Maths, Operational Research for a related field
• Ideally a recognised professional qualification in data / analytics.
