The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.About the Role
TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Analyst. This role will partner with our advertisers to help measure the effectiveness of their investment with our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support. – Support Measurement Partners with ad effectiveness analysis for advertisers to help them quantify the value TikTok drives for their business and optimize their campaigns
– Partner primarily with global clients and agencies to provide measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform
– Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
– Develop a close relationship with TikTok’s measurement product organization to better enable advertisers and agencies to adopt measurement solutions
– Develop education sessions and collateral for internal sales teams, advertisers and agencies on marketing and measurement best practices
– Partner closely with data science teams to develop meta-analysis that produces media insights for advertisers and agencies to take action onQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
– Proven professional experience in digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers
– Relevant bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred
– A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
– Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
– Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill
– A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaborationPreferred qualifications:
– Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
– Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL, HIVE, and R is preferred
– Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems a plus
– Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
