Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Napoleon, OH

$30.54 to $35.35 per hour plus a $5000 hiring bonus

Silgan Containers is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our Napoleon, Ohio, manufacturing plant.

Earn $ 30.54 to $ 35.35 per hour, plus a $5,000 hiring bonus, shift differential pay, excellent benefits, and career growth opportunities.

• Starting pay $30.54 to $35.35 per hour based on experience
• Top rate up to $36.76 per hour plus overtime and shift differentials

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair high speed manufacturing equipment and can lines
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability
• Troubleshoot and modify industrial mechanical systems
• Use precision tools for measurements up to .0010
• Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of experience as an industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic, or maintenance technician in manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting and measurement skills
• Safety focused mindset with attention to detail
