Salary: $19.00-$21.00/Hr.
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Assembly Technician I for a manufacturing company located in Laguna Hills, in the electro-mechanical machinery industry. Paying up $19-$21/hour DOE Evaluation to hire. Full benefits offered after hire.
Schedule is M-F: 7:00am – 4:00pm, occasional overtime when busy
Job overview:
- Assembling electronic, optical and mechanical components, including soldering, wiring, fabricating, testing, inspecting and troubleshooting of metrology systems using various of hand tools and power tools in accordance with the company’s specifications (product drawings and documents) and schedule.
- Pull kits for assembly
- Calibration is a plus!
- Work with team to build, test and develop prototype and special order systems
- General shop work, cleaning and organizing
- Other duties as required
Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools and reading blueprints
- Dexterity and detail oriented
- Basic math, writing, and computer skills
