WEEKLY PAY, MANDATORY OVERTIME, AND IMMEDIATE START ONCE OFFERED!!

Shift/Pay:

???? Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (10 hours shifts, mandatory OT is worked)

???? Pay Rate: $18.00 – $25.00/hr (based on experience)

????OT is paid at a time and a half, Sunday OT paid at Double Time

Description:

• Work in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility
• Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble industrial furnaces and coils
• Use hand and power tools to remove/install components
• Sandblast, apply adhesives, and wrap coils with mesh/tape
• Perform repetitive, labor-intensive tasks while standing for the entire shift
• Learn and apply brazing and soldering techniques (training provided)
• Rotate through departments based on skill and experience

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math (including fractions)
• Comfortable with repetitive labor and standing for long periods
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Preferred: experience in either automotive, HVAC, plumbing, fabrication, or industrial environments
• Brazing/soldering experience is a plus (can be taught)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $28.00/hr.
